I know how exhausting it can feel to be at war with yourself.

Especially in midlife, when the plates you’re spinning seem to multiply, and that critical voice just gets louder.

But I’ve also seen what happens when you stop fighting your inner critics and start listening.

If you’ve ever felt like your inner critic is running the show, you’re not alone.

For years, I battled my inner critic like most people do—trying to silence, master, or defeat it. I got really good at drowning out all my inner voices. I kept myself super-busy or distracted. I pushed down my feelings like a beach ball under the water. Occasionally the ball would slip out and burst through the surface leaving chaos in its wake.

In my quest to feel and be better I worked my way through many modalities of healing and spiritual growth: meditation, affirmations, energy healing, tapping, astrology, numerology, oracle cards .... each one helping for a while – always looking for answers, the right answer. Until the day I came across the Rumi quote that stopped me in my tracks with its truth:

“I was a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and stars. I started listening to the teachings of my soul.”

I do this work because I know it’s possible to live without the constant struggle. To live fully and joyfully, connected to your Soul.

For me - it’s being kind, curious, humorous, brave, compassionate, a healer, a guide, playful, unfettered, free of the weight of expectations. It’s puzzles and pickleball and mid-day dance parties. It’s unleashing a sense of possibility and child-like wonder.

If you’re ready to transform your inner critic into a source of wisdom and support, I’d love to walk that path with you.

I believe you and I finding ourselves right here, right now - it's exactly where we’re meant to be.

Lasting change isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal—it’s personal, messy, and deeply yours.

That’s why I love 1:1 coaching: it’s a private, personalized space where we can roll up our sleeves, dig into what’s really holding you back, and start shifting things in a way that actually sticks.
